Sears operator Transform sues insurers over ~$100mn Covid BI losses

Sears and K-Mart retail operator Transform Holdco has sued several insurers over Covid-related BI losses in excess of $100mn.

The complaint names AIG UK, Ironshore Specialty, Zurich NA, Chubb, Markel, Tokio Marine, Sompo’s Endurance, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Starr, Hamilton Re, Allied World and Canopius, as well as various Lloyd’s syndicates including Beaufort, Neon and Brit.
