Cyber MGA Coalition has raised $250mn in Series F funding at a $5bn valuation from investors including Allianz X, securing the highest ever private valuation for an InsurTech business.

Coalition flagged the raise as an increase from $3.5bn – equivalent to a 43% increase since its Series E round in September 2021 – but this represented the pre-Attune valuation.
