MGA Fusion Speciality has appointed Axa XL’s Richard Liu as partner in its new US operation, Fusion Americas, where he will play an integral role in the company’s North American expansion.

The MGA launched Fusion Americas, its US online M&A insurance unit, in May to provide access to Fusion’s M&A transaction cover for small and mid-market companies.
