Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and QBE North America have resolved litigation that involved former executives from BHSI’s casualty practice that had moved to QBE NA earlier this year.

In early May, the specialty subsidiary of the Warren Buffett-controlled conglomerate accused QBE NA and former employees of misappropriation of “valuable confidential and proprietary information as part of a coordinated departure.”
