Marsh-backed MGU Victor has hired John Tarpey as its new leader of US reinsurance operations, effective immediately.

Based in Morristown, New Jersey, the executive will report directly to Victor CEO Brian Hanuschak. The industry veteran will succeed John Pfautz, who is retiring from the industry.
