The trial date for the Aon v WTW Miami fac team lift has been postponed to November 2023 by Judge Alan Fine, suggesting that recent settlement negotiations between the rival brokers to end the case via private mediation did not come to fruition.

In November, WTW sued Aon and seven former employees from its facultative operations in Miami, alleging client pilferage and breach of contract.
