Newly launched InsurTech Covu has raised $10mn in seed funding led by ManchesterStory Group to back its AI-enabled digital platform for insurance agencies.

The proceeds will be used to build and scale Covu towards its first milestone: $1bn of insurance premium under contract, the California-based start-up said, without disclosing further details on a timeline.
