Howden and the five individual defendants have moved to dismiss Guy Carpenter’s lawsuit over the “orchestrated” exodus of 12 executives from the Dallas-based practice GC Access, the firm’s MGA-focused reinsurance broking arm.

Last month, Guy Carpenter filed twin complaints in Texas and New York against Howden and five individual executives.
