Bermuda-based (re)insurer SiriusPoint has sued its former chief actuary and chief risk officer Jeffrey Davis, alleging breach of contract arising out of the executive’s refusal to repay a $400,000 retention bonus he was “obligated to repay” after resigning voluntarily.
