Two Texas-based veteran producers have accused insurance broker McGriff of “age discrimination” in a lawsuit reviewed by this publication, claiming they “were kept in the dark” about an incentive compensation program.

Texas vice chairman Peter Barbara and EVP John Drew characterized their exclusion from the program as an “adverse action” based on their age, filings show.
