Florida carrier UPC warned of potential delisting by Nasdaq

United Insurance Holdings Group (UPC) has received a written notice from Nasdaq regarding the risk of the delisting its common stock based on the requirement that listed securities must maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share.

Nasdaq warned the company that its common stock has not complied with that condition over the last 30 consecutive business days, according to an SEC filing.
