The international property market is set to face a potential $600mn-$750mn loss from three accounts in Chile, this publication understands.

According to sources, the losses stem from physical property damages and business interruption from earlier this year at Chile’s state-owned copper mining company, Corporacion Nacional del Cobre (Codelco), as well as cellulose manufacturers Arauco and CMPC.
