Argo Group director Donner to stand down after AGM

Argo Group director Fred Donner has told the company he does not intend to stand for re-election after his current term ends at the carrier’s AGM on 15 December.

The company said Donner’s resignation is because he is considering his other professional and personal commitments and not due to any disagreement with Argo or its board.
