Ohio-based insurance brokerage BroadStreet Partners has appointed Michael O’Connor, who joined as president in June this year, as its new CEO.

O’Connor succeeds Ken Kirk, who will transition to the role of vice chair and will be responsible for driving inorganic growth both domestically and on a global basis.
