Amynta Group has entered a strategic partnership with Brit, agreeing to acquire Ambridge Group, the MGU operations of Brit, for $400mn.

The transaction, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals, will see the two firms enter a multi-year agreement for Brit to be a significant capacity partner to Ambridge.
