Liberty Mutual has promoted Meg Sutton to COO of Global Risk Solutions (GRS) North America and Taylor Archambault to SVP for US casualty claims.

In her new role, Sutton will report to GRS COO Susanne Figueredo Cook and GRS North America president Kevin Smith, while Archambault will report to GRS chief claims officer Stephen Deane.
