Xchange Benefits has formed Xchange Re, a new reinsurance managing general underwriting subsidiary for personal accident cat and special risk reinsurance and retro.

The new firm will write worldwide accident and health reinsurance coverage, including non-proportional treaty and facultative/direct excess of loss, on behalf of the United States Fire Insurance Company (US Fire).
