Marsh McLennan has named Flavio Piccolomini and Pat Tomlinson as Marsh McLennan International CEO and US and Canada CEO, respectively, marking one of new group CEO John Doyle’s first major moves as he starts to put his stamp on the $21bn-revenue enterprise.

The group said the duo will lead a collaborative effort to deliver innovative solutions at the intersections of the company’s four businesses: Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman.
