Aon has reported 5% organic growth for the final quarter of 2022, with reinsurance leading the charge at a 9% expansion.

The intermediary reported earnings per share (EPS) for Q4 of $3.17, down 19.5% on the same quarter in 2021 and behind a consensus of $3.67.
