The 30-day go-shop period in Vista Equity Partners’ agreement to take InsurTech Duck Creek private has ended without alternative acquisition proposals.

The go-shop period expired at 11:59 pm ET on February 7, 2023, the company said in a statement.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of the year subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
