Global InsurTech Roadzen is to go public after it agreed to a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp in a $965mn deal.

The combined company, Roadzen Inc, is set to be listed on the Nasdaq, with the deal expected to close in the second quarter.
