Texas-based OpenEyes, an InsurTech that focuses on serving commercial automotive fleets, has announced an $18mn Series A funding round.

The funding round was led by software investor Insight Partners and Pitango First, with participation from MoreVC. OpenEyes has raised $23mn to date.
