The AssuredPartners board of directors has appointed Randy Larsen as CEO and Paul Vredenburg as president and COO, succeeding current CEO and chairman Jim Henderson.

The appointments are effective September 1, 2023, after which Henderson will remain active with the company and assume the role of executive chairman.
