Heritage CEO Ernie Garateix has guided that the Floridian carrier will expand its offering of E&S policies, starting with South Carolina in the second quarter of 2023.

On a call with analysts, CFO Kirk Lusk added: “We see opportunities in the E&S market and are now offering E&S homeowners policies in Florida, which we expect to expand into other states.”
