Ambac-owned MGU Xchange Benefits has recruited Christopher LaDelfa to lead its new captive unit.

The new division operates within Xchange’s protected cell subsidiary Distribution Re, which insures accident and health (A&H) risks mainly in the form of high deductible medical stop loss plans.
