AJ Gallagher has projected Q1 organic growth of 8%-9% in its brokerage segment, in line with its full-year guidance, as the global P&C insurance market continues to firm or harden in nearly every line, according to CEO Pat Gallagher.

The strongest organic growth was expected to come from its risk management segment, which was expected to be around 12%, buoyed by new businesses and rising claims.
