IMA Financial Group has appointed Dave Eckroth as COO and Patrick Lanning as president of its $8bn+ P&C division.

Eckroth was previously IMA’s president for retail partnerships and CEO of Parker, Smith & Feek. Lanning was retail specialties president and Kansas City market leader.
