Acrisure-owned specialty MGA Volante Global is set to launch a transactional liability (TL) operation in the US, this publication can reveal.

Sources said the specialist recruited three New York-based managing directors from TL-focused US MGA BlueChip Underwriting to run the new unit, including Chris Opisso, Jon Sprintz and Jason Tomitz.
