AIG has finalized the spin-out of its $1.4bn-premium US high-net-worth (HNW) operation with private equity house Stone Point with the formation of the MGA Private Client Select Insurance Services (PCS).

The new independent program manager will serve HNW and ultra-HNW markets and is expected to begin producing business in Q3 2023.
