Aon posted organic growth of 7% in Q1, a 2-point acceleration from the final quarter of 2022, driven by increased growth in the reinsurance and wealth solutions units.

Earnings per share came in at $5.17, an increase of 7% on the prior-year quarter, as CEO Greg Case hailed a “strong operational performance”.
