Georgia court awards $2.13mn in damages to USI from former aviation executives

A Georgia district court judge has ordered three former USI Insurance executives to pay compensatory and punitive damages to the tune of $2.13mn to the firm for breach of contract, court documents show.

All three plaintiffs – Taylor Anderson, Dean Anderson and Roger Maldonado – were hired by Lockton in December 2019 to join its southeast aviation practice.
