MGA Fusion Specialty elevates Federer to NA CEO, Simmonds to international CEO

Fusion Specialty has promoted Michael Federer and Katherine Simmonds to the newly created roles of North America CEO and international CEO, respectively.

The financial lines MGA said the appointments follow a recent investment from private equity partner Direct Capital Group.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Federer has worked at Fusion since March last year as M&A partner and managing partner.
