InsurTech Raincoat has raised an additional $6.5mn of funding in a seed round, bringing its total raised capital to date to $11mn.

The latest funding will support the Puerto Rico-based company’s expansion to new markets.

The round was led by Two Sigma Ventures, with participants VC firm Mundi Ventures, Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund and EleFund.
