Both Vesttoo and external organisations completed ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) checks on all parties it worked with, the company has said, as an investigation continues into the allegedly fraudulent letters of credit (LOCs) offered as collateral on deals.

The crisis-embroiled company said that an external investigation was continuing into the LOCs, and that it was fully cooperating with all parties.
