The executive joined the San Francisco-based brokerage in 2020 after almost six years at MCM, where she was marine account manager.
Prior to that, Graves worked as account executive for almost seven years at Wells Fargo’s insurance services arm.

Newfront has expanded various operations with key appointments in recent months.
In March, the company hired Jennifer Wilson as head of cyber along with a team of three executives to boost that division.
