Aon has appointed Joe Peiser as CEO of its commercial risk solutions division as the company continues to model its business around risk capital and human capital capabilities.

Peiser, who was formerly head of commercial risk for North America, replaces Lambros Lambrou in the commercial risk solutions top job, after it was announced in May that Lambrou was moving to lead the broker’s human capital operation.
