Karen Clark & Company’s (KCC) latest update for Hurricane Hilary in California has estimated insured losses to be close to $600mn.

The estimate includes privately insured damage to residential, commercial and industrial property, as well as automobiles. Boats, offshore properties and National Flood Insurance Program losses were excluded.
