Retail broker Relation Insurance has elevated Russell Brown to president and Charissa Hartmann to CFO amid a senior leadership revamp.

The promotions follow the appointment of Tim Hall as CEO two months ago as Joe Tatum remained on the intermediary’s board of directors.
