White Rock is seeking discovery from Hong Kong investor Yu Po as part of its ongoing action against beleaguered ILS InsurTech Vesttoo.

In court documents filed with a Delaware bankruptcy court on 28 August, Yu Po Holdings and Yu Po Finance are listed as parties from which Aon transformer subsidiary White Rock is pursuing discovery.
