(Re)insurance brokerage Conosur, the largest independent intermediary in Chile, has hired William Beresford from Marsh McLennan’s Carpenter Marsh Fac, this publication can reveal.

Sources said the executive will head up Conosur's reinsurance operations following the departure of Andres Cisternas, who moved to THB earlier this year after over seven years with the firm.
