WTW CEO Carl Hess has said that MGAs and MGUs, as well as reinsurance broking, are areas where the company can look to optimize its portfolio as it seeks to boost cash flow.

“We’re very light today in MGAs and MGUs, and we have efforts on to deepen that footprint,” Hess said during the 2023 KBW Insurance Conference.
