Mosaic Insurance has built out its team of underwriting specialists to provide global capacity in cyber, transactional liability, financial institutions, professional liability and environmental liability.

The specialty insurer opened an office in Toronto, Ontario, last July, recruiting former Sovereign General executive Ian Fraser to head up Canadian operations.
