Patriot Growth, a private equity-backed retail brokerage based in Pennsylvania, has promoted three individuals to its executive leadership team, the carrier announced on Thursday.

Steve Carroll has been named chief acquisition officer, charged with driving growth through M&A. Carroll joined Patriot in 2017 as SVP of M&A.
