Aon and Howden have reached a confidential settlement in the 2021 team move that saw six members of Aon’s private finance initiative (PFI), including head Paul Tubb, defect to the rival broker.

In their argument, Aon claimed Tubb “conspired unlawfully with Howden” to recruit key members of his Aon team, as well as to poach Aon’s business.
