Hohman succeeds Elizabeth Kramer following her recent appointment as president of excess and surplus lines. As part of the promotion, he will also become a member of the MRSI executive leadership team.
Prior to joining MRSI as head of casualty, professional and management liability underwriting, Hohman spent 19 years at Zurich North America moving through increasingly senior casualty underwriting roles.
Earlier this year, the reinsurer appointed Sabrina Hart as president and CEO. Hart replaced Michael Kerner, who now serves on MRSI’s board of management for the global specialty insurance division.
