CEO Cullen to retire after 26-year career at Aegis

William Cullen, president and chief executive of Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Limited (Aegis), is to step down after 26 years with the company, to be succeeded by Bill Hillman.

Hillman is currently the firm's executive vice president and chief underwriter.

The transition is set to take place from 1 January 2024, with Cullen to remain on the board.
