MGT Partners, a privately owned company offering consulting and tech-related services to governments, school districts, colleges and non-profits, has acquired CM Select Insurance from Church Mutual Holding Company, a US insurer of religious organizations.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Church Mutual was represented by Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. MGT was represented by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and KPMG.
