Global brokerage WTW has appointed Kenneth Gould and Frank Scardino as strategic client engagement leader and strategic sales leader and leader of the Dallas market, respectively, within its corporate risk and broking (CRB) North America group.

Gould is a 40-year veteran of the insurance industry and joins WTW from Lockton, where he served as an executive vice president and producer.
