Co-founder and co-CEO of Conifer Holdings, Nicholas Petcoff, will become the company’s sole CEO effective December 31 as his father and co-founder James Petcoff steps down at the end of the year.

The elder Petcoff will step down as chairman and co-CEO but will remain a company director.

Conifer offers a mix of commercial and personal specialty insurance products targeted at niche and underserved markets.
