Average commercial property premium renewal rates increased by double digits during Q3 2023, rising 10.08% versus 9.77% in the previous quarter and 6.95% the year prior, according to Ivans’ latest quarterly report.

Commercial property rates in Hawaii, which sustained a major wildfire event in August, went up to 5.02% that month from 1.65%
